To initiate an exchange, please contact us at lilyandkae@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number in your email. Once your exchange has been approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

Return period:
Items can be returned within 10 days for an exchange or store credit.
Required Return Qualifications:
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn and tags must be attached. Receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to complete your return.
