RETURNS

All returns must be made by contacting us at lilyandkae@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your merchandise with your order number included. Once your items have been issued for return, you will be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to return your package. 

Lily + Kae does not provide return shipping labels. All returns are made at the customers expense. 

Please note: Lily + Kae will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels in transit. We highly recommend adding insurance to your package at the time of shipping.

Return period:

Items can be returned within 10 days for a full refund or store-credit.

Required Return Qualifications:

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn and tags must be attached. Reciept or proof of purchase is mandatory to complete your return.

Items Not Eligible For Return:

  • Teethers
  • Accessories (headbands, hats, sunglasses, etc.)
  • Tableware (bowls, cups, cutlery, bibs, etc.)
  • Swimwear - For hygienic reasons
  • Stationery 
  • Wooden Milestones
  • Final Sale Items
