PROCESSING TIME
Once your order has been placed, an email will be sent to you to confirm your purchase. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
SHIPPING
Shipping rates are determined by Canada Post. Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. We take great pride in shipping our products as fast as possible, although we have a 24-hour period to fulfill your order. Purchases made on weekends and holidays will be fulfilled the following business day.
Please note that during holidays, new collection launches, or sales, there may be some delays.

Lily & Kae will not cover any additional fees, including customs and duty taxes. The customer is responsible for all applicable charges.

RETURNS
Effective June 19, 2025
As of June 19th, 2025, Lily + Kae will no longer be offering refunds. We are happy to provide exchanges or store credit only.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at lilyandkae@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number in your email. Once your exchange has been approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

Return period:
Items can be returned within 10 days for an exchange or store credit.
Required Return Qualifications:
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, and tags must be attached. Receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to complete your return.
