Lily + Kae accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.



Once your order has been placed, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your purchase. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. 



Shipping rates are determined by Canada Post. Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday. We take great pride in shipping our products as fast as possible, although, we have 24 hour period to fulfill your order. Purchases made on weekends and holidays will be fulfilled the following business day.

Please note: during holidays, a new collection launch, or a sale there may be some delays.

Lily & Kae will not cover any additional fees including customs and duty taxes.  The customer is responsible for all charges should they apply.

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. 



All returns must be made by contacting us at lilyandkae@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your merchandise with your order number included. Once your items have been issued for return, you will be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to return your package. 

Lily + Kae does not provide return shipping labels. All returns are made at the customer's expense. 

Please note: Lily + Kae will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels in transit. We highly recommend adding insurance to your package at the time of shipping.

Return period:

Items can be returned within 10 days for a full refund or store credit.

Required Return Qualifications:

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, and tags must be attached. Receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to complete your return.

Items Not Eligible For Return:

  • Teethers
  • Accessories (headbands, hats, sunglasses, etc.)
  • Tableware (bowls, cups, cutlery, bibs, etc.)
  • Swimwear - For hygienic reasons
  • Stationery 
  • Wooden Milestones
  • Final Sale Items



Upon receiving and processing your return, you will be notified via e-mail to confirm your item(s) have been refunded/exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse or deny a return/exchange if the item is damaged or not returned within 10 days. 

If you are approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, including PayPal.

Should the credit not show within 7 days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company - a time-lapse is possible before your refund is officially posted.



If for any reason, your item(s) arrives damaged, defective, or you have received a wrong item, please contact us at lilyandkae@gmail.com so we can address your concerns appropriately. 



We make it a priority to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at our boutique. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. All descriptions and prices of our products are subject to change at any time without notice. 


Lily + Kae reserves the right to make changes to our general terms policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review all store policies before placing an order or submitting a return.
