Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada and the USA.

Shipping rates are determined by Canada Post. Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday. We take great pride in shipping our products as fast as possible, although, we have 24 hour period to fulfill your order. Purchases made on weekends and holidays will be fulfilled the following business day.

Please note: during holidays, a new collection launch, or a sale there may be some delays.

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP - ESTEVAN, SK AREA ONLY

• Please select this option at check-out. You will be sent an e-mail when your order has been completed and is ready for pick-up. 

CANADA

$15 Flat rate standard tracked parcel - Estimated arrival within 5-7 business days

 

USA

$20 Flat standard tracked parcel - Estimated arrival within 8-10 business days

Lily & Kae will not cover any additional fees including customs and duty taxes.  The customer is responsible for all charges should they apply.
